Orcada's developmental process consists of a series of phases. Each phase is a unique link in the design and development process. Our methodology is simple, as a prospective client, we feel it is important that from the beginning you understand how and what phases we go through to implement your targeted solutions.

INTRODUCTION
What proceeds the beginning of a project can be more important then the actual production process. During this phase, we like to approach our relationship as a partnership with our clients. This allows all of us to work as a team and provide a better focus on gathering information from the client and establishing a baseline for needs before production begins. During this Phase, we focus on gathering information from the client and establishing a baseline for the campaign. We study the background information of your company, meeting with your staff to get a feel of how your company is viewed internally and externally.

DISCOVERY
This phase involves the highest levels of interaction between Orcada Media Group and the client. It consists of the design, marketing and development team learning the background information of your company through meeting with you, researching print materials and existing web sites. If the client already has an established identity in one medium, it may be possible to transpose it to another medium. Based on the target audience, the desired content, and the direction the client wishes to take with their product, the selected medium is determined. Next, there is extensive interaction between our internal design, marketing and development teams to integrate all communication tools.

DESIGN & PRODUCTION
It is during this phase or phases that Orcada incorporates all prior research and client input to begin to develop the various communication tools. All material, from print and graphics to new media, begin as "rough concepts", which are submitted to clients for feedback. An overall approach or design is selected and the second design phase starts incorporating client content. Upon submission of the comp phase to the client, the next phase of revisions are made and the final production phase begins. Before proceeding to press or the launch of the web site, final review and approval by the client is secured.

DELIVERY
Site and deliverables are handed over to the client and installed to production servers as necessary. All printed material is monitored at the printers to ensure quality and then delivered to the client.
